Tradify Pricing (2026): Plans, Cost Drivers and Buyer Fit

Updated May 2026

Tradify pricing is per-user per-month — no flat rate, no unlimited-user tiers. The total monthly cost is determined by how many people in the team need access. Getting that number right before choosing a plan is the most important step in the buying decision.

Current Plan Prices

Tradify has four core plan tiers plus a Custom option as of May 2026:

Lite — $47/user/month. The entry plan. Covers job management, job notes and tracking, scheduling with Google Calendar sync, quoting, invoicing, and Xero/QuickBooks integration. Sufficient for sole traders and very small teams that need core job management without advanced features.

Pro — $51/user/month. Adds features above Lite including more advanced reporting and additional workflow controls. The per-user premium over Lite is modest — most small teams should compare Pro against Lite by listing the specific features that sit above the Lite ceiling.

Plus — $61/user/month. The top standard plan. Includes SmartTools AI features — AI-assisted quoting, job description generation, and workflow automation tools. Plus is the plan for trades businesses that want to use Tradify's AI layer to speed up quoting and job admin. The $14/user/month premium over Lite is meaningful at team scale but may deliver clear ROI if SmartTools reduces quoting time significantly.

Custom. Available on request for larger teams or businesses with specific requirements. Contact Tradify directly for pricing.

Instant Website add-on — $12/month. A dedicated business website built and hosted by Tradify, suitable for trades businesses that need a simple online presence alongside their job management platform.

A 14-day free trial is available on all standard plans. Prices checked May 2026 — verify current pricing at tradifyhq.com before purchase.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

Lite ($47/user/month) is the right starting point for most trades businesses new to Tradify. It covers the core job management workflow: create a job, schedule it, send a quote, track progress, and raise an invoice. The Xero and QuickBooks sync is included on Lite, which matters for businesses that already use accounting software. Validate the core workflow on Lite before deciding whether Pro or Plus features justify the upgrade cost.

Pro ($51/user/month) adds reporting depth and additional workflow controls. For a 2-person team, the difference between Lite and Pro is $8/month — a small sum that may be justified if the specific Pro-level features are part of the daily workflow. For a 5-person team, the difference is $40/month. Confirm which features are Pro-gated before upgrading.

Plus ($61/user/month) is the plan for trades businesses that want to use AI tools to speed up quoting and job documentation. SmartTools can meaningfully reduce the time spent writing job descriptions and quotes if the volume of quotes is high. A sole trader quoting 3–4 jobs per week may find the ROI clear. Validate during the trial by using SmartTools on real quotes.

Instant Website ($12/month add-on) is worth considering for trades businesses with no online presence. It is not a replacement for a custom-built site but provides a professional-looking web presence without the cost of a web developer.

What Makes the Cost Increase?

User count is the primary cost driver. Tradify's per-user model means every additional team member who needs platform access adds to the monthly bill. At Lite ($47/user/month): 1 user = $47/month, 2 users = $94/month, 3 users = $141/month, 5 users = $235/month, 10 users = $470/month. At Plus ($61/user/month): 5 users = $305/month, 10 users = $610/month. Before choosing a plan, map out exactly which team members need access — field technicians who only view scheduled jobs may not all need full seats depending on how the team uses the mobile app.

Plan tier selection adds to cost proportionally across the whole team. Upgrading from Lite to Plus for 5 users is an additional $70/month ($14/user × 5). That is a straightforward ROI question: does Plus remove enough admin time per user to justify the cost increase?

Annual billing is available and reduces total cost. Check the Tradify pricing page for current annual rates — the savings vary and may make a higher plan more affordable on an annualised basis than the monthly rate suggests.

Instant Website add-on at $12/month is a flat add-on regardless of user count.

Buyer Examples

Sole trader electrician managing 10–15 jobs per week: Tradify Lite at $47/month. Core job management, quoting, scheduling, and Xero sync covers the full operational workflow. Consider Plus if quote volume is high and SmartTools would reduce time spent writing descriptions.

2-person plumbing business: Lite at $94/month for both users. Both people in the field can update jobs, capture site notes, and view schedules from the mobile app. Pro at $102/month for both users if specific Pro features are needed — the $8/month difference is small at 2 users.

5-person HVAC team: Lite at $235/month covers job management, scheduling, and invoicing for the full team. Plus at $305/month if the team sends a high volume of quotes and SmartTools would reduce quoting time across multiple users — the $70/month difference needs to be justified by time savings.

10-person construction and trades team: Evaluate whether Contractor Foreman (unlimited users, ~$49–$249/month flat) might be more cost-effective at this team size than Tradify's per-user model. At 10 users on Tradify Lite, cost is $470/month. Compare the module depth of each platform against the team's actual workflow before deciding.

Pricing Alternatives to Compare

Contractor Foreman (~$49–$249/month, unlimited users) is worth comparing directly when the team has more than 5 people needing platform access. The unlimited-user model means cost does not scale with headcount, making it more economical at higher team sizes. Contractor Foreman's module depth also extends into construction management (RFIs, submittals, safety forms, Gantt) beyond Tradify's trades focus.

Jobber is a comparable trades and field service management platform. Compare current Jobber pricing against Tradify's per-user model for the team size in question — both tools serve similar buyer profiles and offer free trials.

Xero (£7–£65/month) is not a Tradify replacement — it is the accounting layer that sits alongside Tradify. Both tools are commonly run together, with Tradify handling job management and Xero handling accounting, VAT, and bank reconciliation. The Tradify-Xero sync removes double entry between the two systems.
